What we collect
Your contact details, county and postcode, cleaning requirements and preferred timing. For business accounts we also collect account identity, business details, service areas and the information supplied for review. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
What we use it for
To handle your requested quote-matching service, confirm the job, assess cleaning-business applications, record introductions and prevent misuse. The enquiry process does not sign you up to an advertising mailing list.
Our reasons for using it
We rely on your consent to handle the customer enquiry and your separate agreement to each named introduction. You can withdraw that consent through My request or by contacting Avelmere. We use legitimate interests to review business applications, protect the service against misuse and retain a minimal record of permissions and withdrawals. You can object to that processing by contacting us. Providing an enquiry is voluntary; without the necessary contact and job details we cannot arrange a quote introduction.
Who sees what
Avelmere can review your complete request. Approved cleaning businesses see an anonymous job summary, county, service and timing. Your name and only the contact channels you agree to share are released to the named business you select. That business uses them to discuss this quote request and becomes responsible for its own handling of those details.
Your control
Use My request in the browser you submitted from to withdraw the enquiry or choose a named introduction. Withdrawal removes further contact access in the pool; it cannot recall information a business already received. Ask Avelmere for access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of the information you supplied, where applicable, using the email above. You may also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Storage and essential access
This application is hosted through OpenAI Sites and stores operational records in its Cloudflare-backed database. The hosting providers process data to operate the application; their services may involve processing outside the UK. Contact Avelmere for information about applicable hosting and transfer arrangements before submitting information if you need to check where it will be processed. An essential, private request cookie lets this browser manage your latest enquiry for up to 30 days. Business and owner access use ChatGPT sign-in. No advertising trackers are installed by this application.
Keeping information current
A verified enquiry is available for up to seven days after its recorded customer check. Older requests need a new check before further introductions. We keep operational records while handling the enquiry and review closed records for removal when they are no longer needed. Contact Avelmere to request earlier deletion.
Enquiry notice version: 15 October 2026. Contact and permission evidence are retained with the request. A cleaning quote, booking and ongoing marketing are separate choices.
