1. A customer makes a request
Domestic and commercial requests start with the actual cleaning need, location, timing and a way to contact the customer.
The customer asks for quotes. Avelmere checks the enquiry. A suitable cleaning business asks for an introduction.
Domestic and commercial requests start with the actual cleaning need, location, timing and a way to contact the customer.
A human records real contact with the customer, confirms that the work is in Wales and that quotes are wanted, and prepares an anonymous summary. A form submission alone is awaiting verification.
Each approved business sees jobs matching its reviewed services and counties. Personal contact details are hidden. Up to three introduction requests can await the customer’s decision.
The customer agrees to one named business and chooses which contact channels to share. Avelmere can also record actual permission given by phone, email or in person.
The cleaning business contacts the customer about the request. The two parties agree the quote and booking directly. Booked, withdrawn and expired requests stop further contact access.
